Quick Summary: StopAhead uses your location only to show you what's at the next freeway exit. We don't collect, store, or share your data. All processing happens on your device. No user accounts. No tracking.
StopAhead requests the "While Using the App" location permission to determine which freeway exit is ahead of you and display available services (restaurants, gas stations, hotels, etc.) at that exit. We never request "Always" location access and do not track your location in the background.

StopAhead does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app functions entirely offline using data bundled within the app.
StopAhead does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. The app does not have user accounts or any data collection mechanisms.
Exit and service data displayed in StopAhead is derived from OpenStreetMap, which is made available under the Open Database License (ODbL). We acknowledge and thank the OpenStreetMap contributors for their work.
The corridor pack data files distributed by StopAhead are derived from OpenStreetMap and are made available under the Open Database License (ODbL 1.0). You may obtain a copy of this data under the terms of the ODbL.
